After dancing for 13 years, Shelley fell into the world of teaching dance and aerobics by other teachers who thought she might have a knack for it. What a perfect way to combine her love for teaching and dance! For the past four years, Shelley has been teaching a range of group exercise classes including step aerobics, kickboxing, older adult fitness, and hip hop/Latin aerobics at fitness centers in college, the YMCA in Webster, and Goddess Hour Dance Studio. Dancing has been a part of Elisha's life since she was 3 and it has only gotten bigger and better. Most recently dancing on her college dance team, in musical theatre and trying out Latin dance at the club scene she started taking some cardio classes with a latin beat. That's when she knew this was something she wanted to do...as much as possible, and to share it with others. After teaching senior fitness classes and Salsacize at the YMCA in Webster, she became certified to teach Zumba and is spreading the best fever you can catch!
